Workflow Guidelines¶

1. Assigning Tickets: Select an explicit Tracker (Bug, Feature, Support) and assign to an explicit owner. Avoid unassigned open tasks.
2. Status Updates: Keep status transitions active (In Progress -> Feedback -> Resolved). Add notes for context when updating.
3. Linking Commits: Reference ticket numbers in Git commit messages (e.g., refs #123 or fixes #123) to auto-link commits to tasks.
